Course Overview
In the Acellus 2nd Grade Language Arts and Reading course, students will dive into the world of reading and writing, starting with essential skills like recognizing characters, settings, and expanding their vocabulary. They will explore storytelling elements such as plot analysis and personal narratives, while strengthening their spelling to communicate more clearly.
Students will unleash their creativity by writing plots, crafting personal stories, and composing friendly letters. 2nd Grade Language Arts and Reading Lesson Plans
By the end of the 2nd grade language arts curriculum, students will have developed strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and language.
