Course Overview
The Acellus 4th grade Science kicks off with an exciting exploration of the properties and states of matter, as well as mixtures. Students will then dive into the fascinating world of energy, learning about its different forms, how it moves, and the role of insulators. Next, they will discover the magnetic properties of materials, study different types of soil, and examine how human activities impact land, resources, and the climate. The course also covers the water cycle, Earth’s natural patterns, and the basics of food life science. Finally, students will explore genetics and learned traits, rounding out the course with a deeper understanding of how the world around them works. This comprehensive course equips students with essential knowledge to better understand the science behind everyday life.

4th Grade Science Lesson Plans
